2021 Nobel Peace Prize Dinner Highlights

Speaker

Al Gore, Jr. was our guest speaker for the night. He gave us all a wonderful reminder of how great our community is and paid homage to Cordell Hull! He also reminisced and told stories of Dr. Petty and his life accomplishments. James Bass was also recognized this night for his great legacy and many achievements.

Celebrate

We all took part in celebrating Cordell Hull's 150th birthday. Hull, the longest serving US Secretary of State, was eternalized by looking back at all he has done for not only the Smith County community, but also the United States. Dr. Randall Petty and James Bass were also greatly admired for their incredible contributions to our community.
