Scholarship Recipients

With your donations and a number of proceeds from the annual Nobel Peace Prize Dinner, we strive to award at least two graduating seniors from each of the two high schools with a $500 educational scholarship. This means the scholarships will be awarded to those who are chosen and plan on attending and academic college or university.

Smith County Celebrates, along with your generous donations, will be awarding three $500 trade scholarships from each of the two high schools who will be pursuing non-tradition learning paths in honor of the late Tom Arnold, Sr., who was a Carthage native and businessman. This scholarship is to recognize and award those that choose a trade school path.
